TERMS OF SERVICE PAGE
this page has been last updated since 07/08/2025!

GENERAL TERMS/USER AGREEMENT
you have to be at least 18 years old to order a commission from me— this includes both sfw and nsfw works from me!

  • I have the right to decline a commission request if I determine your request is unsuitable or beyond my artistic capabilities.

  • Additionally, I have the right to adjust my prices to how I see best fits my work. (commissions that were taken before price adjustments are not affected by this change)

  • You can view my portfolio to see examples of my illustrations, I am open to experimentation. We can always communicate on what you're unsure on.

  • My watermark is permanent. You cannot remove my watermark through editing. The only commissions I offer that are watermarkless are emotes, alerts, and Fugitech avatars.

  • By commissioning me and sending in payment, it is understood that you have fully agreed to my terms of service.

  • As the client, you are responsible for voicing your own concerns about the work you paid for. I cannot assume what you are feeling or thinking through text alone.

  • Clients should have all of their ideas/references/poses and additional details submitted in the Order Form.

  • You can provide AI generated references, even as an artist I struggle with finding the differences between AI and real art! However, please only use AI for references or design concepts. If you use AI for anything else such as streaming and putting my art through a generator, you will be blacklisted.

  • This only applies to discussing the details in direct messages prior to your request, this is to help me keep track of my references in one place. (please note this does not apply to clarification messages that were sent after the request was accepted)

  • This is a very unique scenario, but this has happened on multiple cases. Please do not commission me while you're inebriated (drunk/high/sleep deprived)! I cannot in good faith accept impulsive requests.

WAIT-TIMES

  • I typically work fast, I can take either two days to 3 months depending on the intensity of the commission.

  • My wait-times are extended to 2-3 months as a safety net to allow myself to balance my school/work life in between commissions.

  • Rush deadlines are not accepted! Although I do work fast, when I’m put under pressure I cannot guarantee I can deliver the best quality work for you.

  • You cannot rush or force me to make your commission a priority over others, I will work on my queue how it best fits my schedule at the moment.

  • Commissions with payment sent are always given higher priority over unpaid requests.

  • Typically I work on less intense commissions first such as emote sets and sketch commissions before working on rendered illustrations or character reference sheets.

PAYMENT/REFUND POLICY

  • Payment is 100% upfront.

  • I provide a lenient payment deadline, it's typically a month out.

  • I'm willing to give extensions if need be.

  • Payment plans are accepted though VGen if you let me know after the proposal is sent and I can edit the new proposal for you.

  • Please note that I will officially start the commission after a form of payment is submitted and cleared through VGen.

  • I generally do not take refunds once you purchased a commission from me, this is because I will start the commission soon after I accept the request.

The only times I will allow refunds are if:

  • You've accidentally purchased a wrong option of the commission you want.

  • The guaranteed deadline has passed.

  • You are unsatisfied with my work and we cannot come to a reasonable conclusion on the commission.

If you fail to communicate with me or send in payment after the payment decline has passed, I will cancel and refund your commission. Please understand that the latter option for refunds is a 'last resort' decision, I am 100% open to revisions and alternative ideas before suggesting a refund.

REVISIONS/COMMUNICATION

  • I will communicate with you throughout the commission process.

  • I will be transparent about my work schedule! You can go to my commission queue to view my workflow.

  • Please be responsive and voice any changes you may want on your commission.

  • If you do not reply or confirm any changes within 3-5 days, I will put your commission on pause and work on other projects until you respond.

  • Please keep in mind that school is my main priority! I'm currently a pre-med student— so I may be slow at responding to casual conversation outside of commission work.

  • If you are buying a commission for a someone else, then communication will only be through you unless I'm already friends/in contact with the other party.

Failure to respond in a timely manner can result to a delay or in an extreme scenario, a refund of your commission.

  • I do allow revisions, I always send drafting sketches beforehand and ask for changes.

  • I typically send a draft sketch with/without base colors depending on how rough my sketch is, a final draft sketch with base colors, and then lineart with base colors before finalizing everything with rendering.

  • The example process above will vary depending on the type of commission you ordered.

  • I'm open to correcting mistakes or further clarification on your request. Revisions are generally free of charge.

  • However, more than 5 revisions and drastic changes may subject you to additional fees.

Please note as well that multiple revisions and changes will further delay your commission in completion.

USE/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • You are free to use your commission for personal use.

  • Commercial/merch use will need to be discussed further.

  • I do not tolerate putting any of my work through AI generators or NFTs.

  • Please give me credit whenever possible!

  • I have the right to reserve credits and ownership of any commission work I do as the original artist.

  • By agreeing to the terms of service, any commission work will be used for promotion purposes unless you specifically state that you do not want the commission to be public in the Order Form.

  • If you do not want the commission to be public, then it will not be posted on my socials or published on my VGen/Carrd portfolio.

  • The work will be posted on VGen for my portfolio and used for commission examples on my Bluesky and Carrd portfolio.

  • I have a personal art Instagram account under the same username, it is not advertised in any of my commission links because it is personal. However, I will post the commissions I've done in a carousel post either once or twice a month.

  • This does not guarantee I will post every commission I do on Instagram!

  • Public commission posts will have a watermark over the work.

  • You will be provided your commissioned work without a watermark prior to my public post.

  • If you have plans to resell the art in the future (please reach out to me before you make this decision)

  • In addition to above, if I make fanart for you and you want to sell the art in the future-- please compensate me

  • If you want full ownership rights of the art (this fee will be 100% of the price of the commission because I am waiving my intellectual property rights away from this work-- the watermark will be removed as well)

  • What classifies as light mecha or armor?

  • Generally it can be a helmet, shoulder protectors, chest-plate, arm/hand protectors and knee protectors. I would need to see your reference first before I can determine if it’s complex for me.

  • What classifies as light gore?

  • The portrayal of cuts, wounds, and blood. I will not draw heavy forms of gore such as exposed entrails/organs or violent/graphic depictions of death.

  • Real people in NSFW art

  • Real people falls under the category of porn stars, onlyfans creators, sex workers, and non-content creators. I cannot 100% verify you have their consent to make nsfw art of them.

  • Unless the real person you're requesting is yourself then I will decline your NSFW commission.

  • Though I like to use the default hard and soft airbrushes, I change the density and pen pressure how I see fit.

  • Do you do requests/art trades?

  • I only accept requests and art trades with good friends/art mutuals.

  • do not contact me randomly and ask for art, you will be ignored.

  • Can we be friends then?

  • I do enjoy meeting new people and making friends, however if your only goal with me is to get free art then no we cannot be friends.

  • Can I use/show/repost your art?

  • Yes you can use, show, or repost my art. Please credit me whenever possible.

  • All of the recent art I post on my socials will have my signature.

  • Only clients will have access to a non signature version of commissioned work, you will need to ask for their permission to use it.

  • Clients can show my draft sketches or in progress works publicly if they wish to.

  • Can I draw your sona/ocs?

  • If it’s sfw, of course you can! I’d love to see it!! You can send your drawings to me through direct messages or tag me on my socials :3

  • If it’s nsfw, no! I'm aroace and my main ocs are strictly sfw :)

  • I do have specific nsfw ocs that I only post on my bluesky, you can check my tag #risquerei for all of my nsfw art.

  • But this does not permit you to make/commission nsfw art of my nsfw ocs without my consent.

  • Please do not make or request me to draw ship art (platonic hugging is fine) or nsfw art of my sona, it makes me uncomfortable and I will block you.
